William Barker’s Views on RSC:

I believe that this is a very good idea. I really like the idea of the whole State of South Carolina being Republican, but I do not believe that this is the right time. I believe that we need to wait until 2027 to have these new maps go into effect. I would like them to pass the bill this year, but I believe that it should go into effect after the general election this year.
